This sauce is perfect on its own over pasta with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano; but we challenge you to explore new recipes using the Extra Virgin Red Sauce as a base, especially this super-simple fra diavolo. Heat up the sauce as you would normally; then in a sautee pan, bring together garlic and olive oil, fresh shrimp, and after 2-3 minutes reduce with Pinot Grigio and butter.
